Aleksandr Dmitriyech Danilov is a Doctor of Science, Philosophy in biomedical sciences, the professor of International University of Fundamental Studies, the Director of Science and Education in MPI «Markelov`s Clinic» in Petrozavodsk. An ex-vice-president of «The Clean Baltic» international environmental safety fund (2011-2013).

He is a developer of the aquaparadigm of life, medical and consumer devices and the diagnosis and rehabilitation technologies based on aquasystem gymnastics of a human body. He is a chronobiologist and an expert in a course of a cancer, drug addiction and other system malfunctions, one of the main reasons of what, according to different research and clinical trials, is the degradation and rigidity of regimes and forms of aquasystem movement in nature and living organisms.
He is the co-author of two multi-author monographs of Smolny Institute, three manuals for medical devices and technologies, the author of more than 40 academic papers and publications on scientific congresses on the course of cancer risk and aquasystems.
He is the author and patent holder of Patent of Russian Federation № 2128004, 1997, «The Electrophysiological Signs Analysis Method and the Device for its Realization», Patent of Russian Federation № 2569246, 2014 , «The Method of Determining The Influence of a Diagnostic Ultrasound on a Human Body».
He is the holder of the «Yury Gagarin Gold Medal», the Russia Cosmonautic Federation reward, for the development and application of medical devices and technologies for the analysis of a course of actual system diseases on asymptomatic stages (cancer, drug addiction, intensification of a viral activity and the vegetative stress), 2006.
He is the holder of International Parliament of Safety and Peace (Palermo, Italy) and the Oxford Educational Chain reward – the First Place Diploma with the Diplomant of Honour of International contest «The Human Health» conferment (UNESCO – UNICEF), 2012 for the creation of a unique scientific development «The noninvasive express diagnosis and monitoring of oncological and narcological risks with the help of a heart rhythmograms».
