In the height of the tourist season, 10th Asian Conference on the Arts and Humanities ACAH2019 “Reclaiming the Future” took place in Japan’s capital Tokyo. The romance of gardens and parks created a special, constructive and yet businesslike atmosphere based on a ten-year-old track record of academic discussions that have traditionally brought together scholars and practitioners from Asia, Europe, Africa and the Americas.
