An elegant glass and steel structure will become the dominant block, combining the embankment, yacht clubs, shopping and entertainment areas, office buildings, hotels and apartments. The total area of ??the site is 6 square kilometers. The district, which has no name yet, is already called the main attraction of Dubai and is often compared to the Eiffel Tower of Paris.
