Planetary Project on MARGI-2016 Conference in China

The main theme of the Second International Conference on multidisciplinary research and global innovation was formulated as the "Addressing global challenges of innovation for sustainability and growth." Reports at the planery session focused on modern management strategies of innovation, open innovation, and criteria for evaluating their effectiveness. To those, in particular, it was classified as the creation of new jobs and types of employment, insurance, economic stability, stimulation of interdisciplinary and international cooperation. Then the mission, principles and basic directions of its activity were narrated by the "Global Illuminators " , as the organizers of the event.

The report of the Planetary Development Institute (PDI) was introduced in the second section of the conference which was devoted to the economic and business aspects of innovation development. The report "The criticism of the concept of sustainable development and Planetary Project" was made by the executive director of the PDI Mr. Abhishek Singh. He revealed the essence of the Planetary Project as a philosophy, which grew out of the original criticism of the Concept of sustainable development and its improvement , as well as a network platform for intellectual cooperation in the modern world.

Particularly valuable at the conference was that the PDI was given the opportunity to organize and hold a panel discussion on "Global Crisis: Challenges and Solutions." The discussion involved nearly all participants from dozens of countries: China, South Africa, the Philippines, Malaysia, Slovenia, Germany, India, Bangladesh, Spain and others.
At the panel discussion, the following issues were raised:
• What factors can make a radical change in culture, which in itself is one of the most conservative areas of human and social existence?
• What is the role of education, including environmental, in the processes of cultural change and civilizational shifts?
• What is the relationship of the standard of living, attitudes and values ??as basic guidelines of behavior and thinking of people?

In this context, a very important and useful was the experience of representatives of different countries and systems.
Both the report and the panel discussion of Planetary project aroused great interest and deep resonance of the participants of the conference MARGI - 2016.
